What data we process and why
We process the data submitted in the form (name, company, e-mail, phone and the content of the enquiry) solely to answer the enquiry and arrange a consultation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest, namely commercial communication at your request).
How long we keep the data
Enquiry data is kept for the duration of the commercial correspondence and, once it ends, for as long as needed for evidential purposes, no longer than 3 years.
Who we share the data with
Data may be entrusted to IT providers running the website and mail (hosting, form handling, CRM). We do not sell data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, port it and object to processing, as well as to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, write to info@libredesign.eu.
